“Then Deborah said to Barak, “Go! This is the day the Lord has given Sisera into your hands. Has not the Lord gone ahead of you?” So Barak went down Mount Tabor, with ten thousand men following him."

-Judges 4:14 NIV

When you speak, walls come tumbling down.

When you release a shout in the time that’s ordained for you, strongholds can’t stand against the power in a voice that’s in agreement with the Lord.

God’s Word in us gives the power to our voices, running through our vocal cords, sending vibrations that release tones and timbre to our unique sound.

When Joshua and the Israelites obeyed the strategy of the Lord they came into agreement with His victorious plan.

When Deborah came into agreement with the plans of the Lord and used her voice, she was able to call others out around her. Together those words and the actions that followed facilitated supernatural victory for the Israelites.

Her voice sent ripples out, not only to those in her vicinity, but the influence of her words found their way into the tent of a normal, everyday woman. A woman who would seal the deal on the enemy's defeat with her bare hands. Oh and a tent peg.

(Read Judges 4 & 5)

Speak sister, don’t be silent, release what’s been entrusted to you. It matters more than you even realize.

What kind of instruction or strategy has the Lord given you lately for a certain situation?
