Official Terms & Conditions

1. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE THE ODDS OF WINNING.

2. Eligibility

The DJ Raphi Hype Tour 2.0 Ticket Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada, excluding Quebec, who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their state, province, or territory of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.

Entrants must be legally able to travel to and attend the tour stop they select. Any winner or guest who is a minor must attend with a parent or legal guardian and comply with all venue admission policies.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of Yippee Entertainment, Inc. (“Administrator”), DJ Raphi, Inc. (“Prize Provider”), Trinity Broadcasting Network (“TBN”), and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, representatives, and contractors are not eligible to enter.

Void in Quebec and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

DJ Raphi, Inc. is the Prize Provider and is not the administrator or a judge of the Giveaway.

4. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on September 28th, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on October 16, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Entry Period”). Administrator’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

5. How to Enter

To enter, visit https://www.yippee.tv/dj-raphi-hype-tour-2-ticket-giveaway during the Entry Period and complete and submit the official entry form.

Entrants must provide:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number, if requested for prize fulfillment
• State or province of residence
• One preferred eligible tour stop
• The total number of tickets requested, from one (1) to eight (8)

Limit one (1) entry per person and one (1) entry per email address during the entire Entry Period. Each entrant may select only one (1) tour stop. Duplicate, automated, bulk, incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or otherwise manipulated entries may be disqualified at Administrator’s sole discretion.

The number of tickets requested on the entry form cannot be increased after submission. Entrants requesting between one (1) and four (4) tickets will be eligible for both the VIP Prize drawing and the Standard Prize drawing for their selected tour stop. Entrants requesting between five (5) and eight (8) tickets will be eligible only for the Standard Prize drawing for their selected tour stop.

By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to these Official Terms & Conditions and consents to the collection, storage, and processing of personal information for Giveaway administration, eligibility verification, winner notification, prize fulfillment, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable law, in accordance with Yippee’s Privacy Policy.

Entrants may separately choose to receive marketing emails and promotional communications from Yippee by selecting the optional marketing-consent checkbox on the entry form. Marketing consent is voluntary, is not required to enter or win, and may be withdrawn at any time through the unsubscribe link in a marketing email.

6. Eligible Tour Stops

The following DJ Raphi Hype Tour 2.0 performances are included in the Giveaway:

• November 19, 2026: Charlotte, North Carolina, Underground, 6:00 p.m.
• November 22, 2026: Los Angeles, California, Roxy, 1:00 p.m.
• November 23, 2026: Santa Ana, California, Constellation Room, 5:00 p.m.
• November 24, 2026: San Diego, California, House of Blues, 5:00 p.m.
• November 25, 2026: San Francisco, California, August Hall, 6:00 p.m.
• November 27, 2026: Portland, Oregon, Hawthorne Theatre, 11:00 a.m.
• November 29, 2026: Seattle, Washington, Neumos, 12:00 p.m.
• November 30, 2026: Vancouver, British Columbia, Hollywood Theatre, 5:00 p.m.
• December 2, 2026: Toronto, Ontario, Annabel’s, 6:00 p.m.

Dates, times, venues, performers, and event details are subject to change.

7. Prizes

Two (2) prizes are available for each eligible tour stop, for a total of eighteen (18) prizes and eighteen (18) winners across all tour stops.

VIP Prize

One (1) winner for each tour stop will receive the number of VIP tickets requested on the winner’s entry form, up to a maximum of four (4) VIP tickets, to the selected performance.

VIP tickets include admission to the selected performance and any VIP benefits designated for those tickets by the Prize Provider, promoter, ticket issuer, or venue. VIP benefits may vary by tour stop and are subject to availability, change, and all applicable terms and instructions. VIP tickets do not guarantee a meet-and-greet, photograph, autograph, or any other personal interaction with DJ Raphi.

Nine (9) VIP Prizes are available in total. Based on the advertised VIP ticket price for the Charlotte tour stop as of September 4, 2026, the estimated approximate retail value of each VIP Prize ranges from USD $122.70 to USD $490.80, including ticketing fees but before any applicable taxes, depending on whether the winner requested between one (1) and four (4) tickets. Actual value may vary by tour stop, country, and number of tickets awarded. No winner will receive the difference between the estimated and actual value.

Standard Prize

One (1) different winner for each tour stop will receive the number of standard admission tickets requested on the winner’s entry form, up to a maximum of eight (8) tickets, to the selected performance.

Nine (9) Standard Prizes are available in total. Based on the advertised standard admission ticket price for the Charlotte tour stop as of September 4, 2026, the estimated approximate retail value of each Standard Prize ranges from USD $30.80 to USD $246.40, including ticketing fees but before any applicable taxes, depending on whether the winner requested between one (1) and eight (8) tickets. Actual value may vary by tour stop, country, and number of tickets awarded. No winner will receive the difference between the estimated and actual value.
